Founded in 2013, Hangzhou Chuandi Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated auto parts manufacturer specializing in the R&D, production, sales and after-sales service of throttle bodies and idle valves for automobiles and motorcycles, as well as automotive belt tensioners and related assemblies.

The company is located in Fuyang Development Zone, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province — a city renowned as "Paradise on Earth". Our products are sold across domestic and global markets, and have earned wide recognition and trust from customers over the years. Our main clients include system suppliers and vehicle manufacturers. To keep pace with market demands, we are actively engaged in the technical research and development of electronic throttle bodies, striving to complete the transformation from mechanical throttle bodies to fully electronic ones in the near future.

We are equipped with aluminum alloy die-casting machines, shot blasting machines, various hydraulic presses, dedicated CNC machine tools and machining centers. Our complete testing facilities include comprehensive throttle body flow test benches, main/auxiliary passage air flow meters, vibration testers, torsion spring torque testers, as well as laboratories for high-low temperature testing, salt spray testing and service life testing. The company also boasts strong capabilities in the design and fabrication of process equipment. Two new production lines for throttle body machining centers are planned to be built to achieve precise control over the entire production process.

The company obtained the ISO/TS 16949:2009 quality management system certification in 2014, and all operational procedures are strictly managed and controlled in accordance with the system standards.
